A tip of the top hat today to Lydia Cook-Van Landingham, from Taza de Amor (Cup of Love). Lydia is helping us send a Cup of Love to the elderly and ill today- the menu today: Napolitan Milanesa- sauteed breaded breast of chicken, layered with ham, mozzarella, tomato sauce, baked, then served on a bed of fried potatoes and covered with slices of garden fresh tomatoes.. a side salad of sauteed calabacita with shredded Chihuahua cheese. I want to tell you I have seen the smiles and the tears of joy from those that cannot believe they are even remembered- much less offered a hearty meal.
