This weeks meal to the shut-ins, elderly and ill is an Italian spaghetti and meatball recipe that I learned 62 years ago, opening cans of Roma tomatoes in an Italian restaurant (at age 10 thank you). Meat here is wicked expensive and I thank you JEMMA for helping me include protein in this week's meal. Because it is so expensive protein is often the first thing the elderly cut out of their diet.
So this Sunday, Italian spaghetti and meatballs, naturally with one of my beloved Italian rolls, and a fresh mango.
