Taza de Amor (Cup of Love) again makes its rounds to the elderly here in our mountainside village in Veracruz. Thanks to πππ ππ§π πππππππ ππππππ today we are serving a scrumptious Mexican Chorizo "Pigs in a Blanket" entree with Street Corn Potato Salad (PS has anyone noticed I've never recommended a recipe before? I've probably done it twice in my entire life.. I'm going to do it today... If you are a potato salad lover I'm confident you'll enjoy this one - it's as good as it gets)- and in-season corn and potatoes keep this very budget friendly..
