A. A. Milne is the widely popular author of the Winnie the Pooh series of books.
Today I wanted to share one of their quotes in the hope that it'll help you as it helped me.

This has a double meaning for me. A positive version and a negative version. We can choose which we focus on. We may have small, important, wonderful things taking up space in our heart such as the coffee our spouse makes us every morning. Alternatively we may have frustration, anger and hate taking up space in our hearts from a hurtful comment yelled at you yesterday or two months ago. It is much more difficult that it seems to shift focus from the negative thoughts, but it is crucial to improving mental well-being.
