It's been a minute since I've had the chance to narrate a chapter from A Bond of Blood and Fire, but today was the day! Christmas, and a very unwell father-in-law and his funeral, sadly limited my time, but I am back on track now. I love the tone of the microphone but am still unhappy with the hard drive noise from my iMAC. That means I've been researching interfaces for the microphone, and cables, to try and eliminate the noise. I'm determined to work upto a professional job with this venture.
I really enjoyed myself today and hope that I will get a bit more fluid with the narration side of things. I'm trying to speak slowly enough people who aren't attuned to a midlands English accent can still understand me. I have been researching voice and narration techniques too. It's a really fun learning curve for me!

I've also added a cheaper level of membership, (just in case you were on the fence about joining me in this venture) and thought it was too expensive when there aren't any completed books as yet. This level will give you access to the chapters as I record them until the book is finished, then access will be via the full £7PM membership for all the books I produce.
It's building at the moment but once all my audiobooks are on here, it will be fantastic value for money!
