Meditative healing yoga for your chakras by working with the flow of your breath, your prana energy, to do self healing.
Just allow your body, mind and breath into one by being mindful as you move and letting go of your thought.
Learn to build up your mindfulness of your breath, your energy flow in your body through moving meditation. It will guide you how to adjust and stretch your body accordingly.
