hello, fall

Fall is in full gear here in Virginia! Leaves are falling off of the trees, it's in the upper 60s and pumpkins are everywhere (and pumpkin spice, haha!) This is my favorite season! It's a great time to think about the changes taking place and how nothing we go through is permanent. Recognizing this has always been helpful for me in tough times.
