Hakuna Mari

I was asked by Shoko Festival in Harare to create a song about the economic situation here. Something funny they said. Really, I know very little about economics, so instead I took a common Zim phrase: Hakuna mari ("There is no money") and turned it into a song about a girl: Marie. Having recently lost a girl of my own at the time, it was fun to turn, in an abstract way, some of my pain into song. An ancient practice really. Here it is...
