This morning I woke up with this on my heart and I feel like someone needed to hear this today. It's okay to let go and release what no longer serves you and welcome what does, and it's time.
I always say " Release that shit and let it go so you can grow." Think about it, you can't hold onto the old, expecting the new to realize it's time to arrive, so release it and make space for what you want to come in.
