The strategy can be accomplished through one vital superpower that lies in you:


Ask yourself: what is my intention with this presentation?

Here are 3 ways to turbocharge your Intention:

  • Give value - to your team (crowd). There's knowledge and insight that you have and your team don't have. Locate an appealing solution to deliver this. Imagine you are sitting in the audience listening to you personally. What would make you see the advice presented unique, new and fresh.

  • Seek advice - from your team. There is insight and knowledge which they have and you do not. Bring your crowd throughout your skilled facilitation abilities into the demo, make them part of it. Flesh out what it means both positive and negative. Challenge them.

  • Grow - together. Use this time as a chance to bring your team closer to you, your Vision. In the correct manner, they are going to feel like they've experienced a thrilling ride, a rush.

The trick will be to grow your public speaking wings, your wings.

Possess the confidence in your speaking give and grow.
