Why a newsletter?

The Danish cocktail industry is booming. And it's high time Denmark got its own industry publication. One that isn't focused on Top 10 daiquiris but instead helps shine a light on the stories behind the bar.

Who is behind?

Miriam Gradel - a journalist/bartender, with a formal degree in multimedia production from City, University of London, and years of experience shaking, straining and serving liquids in both the UK, Denmark and Japan. Formerly part of Cocktails of Copenhagen, currently helping out at Copenhagen Cocktail Club and nominated for Improver of the Danish Bar Industry at the Bartender's Choice Awards 2020.
