I use the One Stop for Writers Online Toolkit in every book I write to research traumas, coping mechanisms, emotions, descriptions, bodily responses, mental thoughts, etc.

I use Canva Pro for a majority of my book covers and ads and all of my design work for my website and newsletters.

I use Grammarly as I draft and edit, and it helps reduce editor time and, therefore expensive production costs. 

I use BookFunnel to distribute Advanced Reader Copies and Free Books to newsletter subscribers. I also use BookFunnel for my joint giveaway platform with other authors.

I use as many royalty-free, public domain, free commercial license images as I can or if the image is in Canva Pro, I use it but it has its limitations. Sometimes I need to use a paid license. These run anywhere from $20 to $199 each for enterprise rights. For example, Salvation in the Sun and Scarab in the Storm from the main Lost Pharaoh Chronicles series both have paid-licensed images. For many times, it does affect the quality of the cover in my opinion, but so far, I've been unable to pay for these more quality images for all 20 books that I've written.
