I want to model radical transparency. I hope to plant a seed for other organisations who are considering similar approaches. I hope that they will take my approach, adapt and change it, and share what they learn. I have the firm belief that if we have found a way of doing something that works, we share it whenever we can instead of reinventing the wheel every time. I want to tackle problems together. I listen, I understand, and I encourage rather than force solutions. I want to learn from others and understand the value of what they are building.
