I got a job at the Rendez-vous shoe store on August 18th. The salary of an intern is 20 thousand rubles per month, or $331.67. It's the intern's payout who didn't do personal selling. I started doing personal selling from day one. The sales plan costs 33,000 rubles per shift, or $547. For all the time (9 shifts) I did not fulfill the sales plan 2 times - 2 shifts.

Children's sports shoes cost 5,000 thousand rubles or $82.92 - this is at a 49% discount.

Reebok sneakers cost 11,690 rubles or $193.86.

The store is selling off leftovers. Some people say that 10k or $165 shoes are too cheap, these are people who come for brands and don't want to buy other shoes.
So a mother came to me with an adult daughter and they wanted to buy Vagabond semi-boots, they measured them in Italy, they decided to look at the same model in Russia. In fact: tougher leather, a model with a higher heel and an elongated front. As my customers said, this model is very different from the same one they measured in Italy.
For other people, shoes that cost $165 a pair are, on the contrary, too expensive.
Some people in my country have learned from me about what is happening in the world. They came to the store for sports shoes: Reebok, Nike, Adidas, Lacoste, Calvin Klein. Young people were very surprised that this shoe was not available in the store. They did not know that Russia was under sanctions, that there was a war going on. 🤷
I was at work yesterday, worked 12 hours. During this time, I sold 105 thousand rubles or $1741.
Before that, there was a change and I sold only 30 thousand rubles or $497.50.
It is very interesting what my salary result will be for a month of work, but I will only know it at the end of September, the first payment will also be at the end of September.
By the way, the company cares about its employees! We get vitamin C every shift.
