Today is my birthday
Hip hip hooray
Thankful for another year
Of making memories far and near
And although slightly bitter
This year I should have been on a beach
Which sounds much fitter
I know it’s not in my hands
And Jamaica me soon reach
As life gives us all there is to teach
Another year of wisdom says, it’s all in the plans
So my ask for you on my birthday today
Although the years are sometimes tough
Look inside and know you are more than enough
To get yourself where you want to be
