Hi, I'm Marshall Malone and I spend my weekdays working 9-5 for a local TV station in Jacksonville, FL. I am a father of two and sole income earner of my family of four.
I love producing so much that I do it on the weekends and in any spare time that I can find. Everything from livestreams to sketches and even podcasts, I do it all. Oftentimes, I produce for other people, taking on every aspect of a project including creative, marketing, hosting, and distribution, without charging a dime. I enjoy doing it (that's why I do it for free) and I just hope that it has becomes a source of joy and laughter for anyone that watches or listens to it.
Since 2008, I've been independently producing digital content on YouTube and many other places across the web. I've invested over $20,000 dollars of my own money in the past decade toward equipment, podcast hosting services, and website related costs, but more importantly, I've dedicated over a decade of my life to these passion projects. Time is the most valuable thing and my hope is that I can find some support out there for my niche of comedy.
One of the most important projects to me at the time is Los Rotos Podcast. I am paying for all of the costs to run this project out of pocket and I do all the work, behind the camera. I've been graciously given access to a studio that gives me the space to work, so there are no studio costs, but I do have website, equipment rental, and podcast hosting services that come out to be about $200 a month out of pocket.
A goal beyond covering production costs is to get to $500 a month in donations to be able to pay the host and guests for their time in front of the camera.
If you enjoyed the podcast or you are here because you saw and liked any of the countless other pieces of content I've created and you can help, please consider buying me a coffee.
All proceeds will go toward monthly show costs or various production costs.
