About Marshall Malone
Hey there! I’m Marshall Malone — a content creator, producer, and comedy director who thrives on turning the ordinary into the absurd. By day, I work 9-5 a marketing manager for an ecommerce company in Orange Park, FL. By night (and weekends), I’m a creative powerhouse running Upside Down Creative Media, where I help bring unique and unconventional ideas to life. Oh, and in between, I’m also a dedicated single father of two.
For over 17 years, I’ve poured my energy, resources, and heart into creating content that generates laughter and sometimes thought-provoking head-scratches. From podcasts to sketches and short films, I’ve spent more than $150,000 of my own money and countless hours on passion projects, all in search of a good laugh or to feel a little less alone. It's not just about entertainment — it's about connection.
One of my most recent ventures is Studio 604, a small studio I built in my garage to support up-and-coming creators. Through my YouTube revenue-share program, I offer this space for free to help others launch podcasts and dive into content creation without worrying about barriers like cost. I’ve also relaunched projects like the Los Rotos Podcast Live, which I fully fund and manage.
But here’s the thing — this journey, while rewarding, isn’t free. Between equipment upkeep, website hosting, and podcast services, the costs add up. My goal? Cover these basic expenses and dream a little bigger — my goal is to create the Upside Down Creative Media Podcast Network and put Jacksonville, Florida on the map. To do that, I need to bring in $500 a month and that would allow me to cover the cost of the studio and allow collaborators to work for me for free, ensuring that creativity is celebrated and valued.
