Small improvements are coming to Where can I watch this?
Users can now select their favorite country for the streaming providers as well as their preferred language for data related to movies and tv shows (title and synopsis). This is all stored in the browser so they won't have to change it each time they visite the website.
Since themoviedb is 100% crowd sourced, we can not guarantee that every resource will be available in the user's preferred language.
