Carpe Diem: Seize the Moment by Prajakta Taiwade is a book that helps the reader understand the importance of living in the moment instead of being worried about things that haven't happened or dwell on things they can't control. I'm an overthinker by nature who gets anxious over the littlest things. So, when I read this book I not only did so from the point of a general reader but as someone who needs a lot of help filtering and controlling my thoughts because they tend to spiral out of control.

I will say that this book has given me a lot of pointers to improve my mental well being, however, it's not something that can be fixed in a day and it will take time to incorporate these tips into my daily life.

One of the most important topics covered is the importance of mindfulness and how that can be achieved. Mindfulness means you are aware of what you are doing at every moment and to be conscious of what's happening around you.

Overall, this is a simple self-help book that provides precise techniques to live a more content and enjoyable life.
