What marketing channels are getting me the best ROI (return on investment)? Which channels are a waste of time?
How many hours did I work/what was my hourly wage? (Note: If you don't know, just assume it's minimum wage or worse.)
What was my profit/loss? (Re: Am I making money or losing it?)
Are my big sexy goals and projects on track or off track?
Where am I stuck? What's going really WELL?
Is my business becoming MORE easeful, playful, joyful, and profitable... or less?
The point here is to have solid data to back up these answers, instead of just assuming/guessing.
