About Life in the Background with Millei
Hello friends, I’m on an incredible journey from Cadet to Captain through a sponsored cadetship with Carnival UK. ⚓ When I’m not studying at South Shields Marine School, you’ll find me onboard a beautiful ship learning the ropes (sometimes literally!) as I chase a dream I finally had the courage to follow. In my 40s, I took the biggest leap of my life… changing careers and starting over. Through my YouTube channel, I’m sharing the highs, the lows, the laughs, and everything in between as I navigate this amazing adventure. If you’ve enjoyed following my journey and would like to help fuel the next vlog, coffee, or camera battery, I’d be so grateful for your support. Every coffee helps me keep creating and sharing this once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Thanks for being part of the crew! ☕⚓🩷
