Ciaoo! Trochu mě překvapil konec letního semestru a tak sem většinu času věnovala teorii a odevzdávání seminárek, ale taky sme v ateliéru pracovali na projektu, ze kterého Vám sdílím fotky níže.
Akce probíhala v parku Střed v severočeském Mostě.
Rozhodli jsme se v rámci plánované revitalizace parku pracovat s jeho symbolem, jimž je socha Biologické těleso Josefa Klimeše. Součástí revitalizace je totiž i přesun sochy, která je mezi původními obyvateli velmi oblíbená a spojena s mnoha jejich vzpomínky. Abych je na tuto změnu upozornili, rozhodli jsem se těleso nechat opticky zmizet a sledovat reakce lidí a ověřit tak jejich vztah k tělesu. Zároveň zkoumáme přístup obyvatel k uměleckým instalacím v parku obecně, jelikož další objekty/akce by měli následovat. Co vy, máte svoji oblíbenou sochu, jejíž přesun či odstranění by ve vás vyburcovalo nějakou akci?

I was a bit surprised by the end of the summer semestr at university, so that is a reason of long silence here. But at the same time we worked in studio on our new project.
I am sharing a few photos from the realization of our project in the Střed park in Most, North Bohemia.
We decided to work with its symbol, which is the statue of Josef Klimeš's Biological Body, as part of the planned revitalization of the park. Part of the revitalization is actually the relocation of the statue, which is very popular among the original inhabitants and associated with many of their memories. To start with this change, we let the body disappear visually and monitor people's reactions to verify their relationship to the body. At the same time, we examine the residents' approach to art installations in the park in general, as we want more objects / events by following.
