I'll be offering a range of mindful moments that you can access anytime. Depending on your mood or energy, there will be a variety of all-levels meditations of different themes and lengths. Most are short enough so you can fit one (or two) into your day. It's my goal to make meditation your go-to tool when you need a few moments to get grounded or find some inner peace.
All you'll need is to land somewhere comfortable. A blanket or cushion are optional.
