My oh my …. How August seems to fly by us again ! Have you ever wondered what happens when time stops and we are caught in a place where we don’t want to be ?
Lately , I have been contemplating about life’s journey .. As a student of life , I had always remember myself as “ on the go “… both in physical realm and in my quest for deeper meanings …However , that thought got even deeper when I realized how our mere existence and that of others , as well as all living things affects us all in some or most ways .. I’ve always said that those we meet in this lifetime either teaches us a lesson or we teach them a lesson and that goes with animals , insects, trees, flowers, the ocean ..
Why AM I including nature in this post ? Because I willingly allowed myself time to really look at these precious living things that we often not think of as part of our journey . This makes the whole experience “ holy”…. “ sacred”….. “ spiritual “. In actuality , it becomes a 𝑃𝐼𝐿𝐺𝑅𝐼𝑀𝐴𝐺𝐸 .. According to Webster : Pilgrimage is a journey of a pilgrim especially one to a shrine or a sacrd place . It is also the course of life on earth ..
With this understanding , I want to end this post with these questions:
*How do you want to see yourself in a more mission driven and purposeful way ?
*What type of impact and footprints do you want to leave behind especially to your love ones ?
*Where do you get your strength when things are challenging ?
I get to ask myself these questions too and it brings me clarity and understanding day by day ..
