How to manifest your dream life with a Vision Board

Jan 09, 2022

Finally it’s that time of the year, the very first day of the year where we feel life turns into a new blank canvas, a new page. We have good reasons to be hopeful, and feel refreshed.

I love it. Today when I was walking, I just realized how grateful I am to be healthy and alive and have a full year ahead, to dream and plan, and take action.

Compared to many other people who didn’t make it to this year, I am, and we are , indeed much more fortunate than them.

You may hear the term “vision board” here and there at this time of the year and may wonder what that means, how it should work, why does everyone talk about it and would it be something for you?

Is it something magical, you may ask?

It is and it isn’t.

What is a Vision board & Intention Setting guide

Iin a simple term, a Vision Board is a Manifesting Toolbox.

Your vision board is a visual representation of all you desire to be, accomplish, and have in the future. It’s your blank canvas to fill with any pictures, quotations, affirmations, and doodles you choose to bring into your life.

As a result, the vision board’s ultimate purpose is manifestation. The success of your vision board is determined by whether the things you desire have become a reality.

How come a Vision Board can be helpful?

A vision board may assist you in improving the overall quality of your life and manifesting your objectives. You don’t even have to believe in vision boards, to be honest.

I have lived most of my life without a vision board and an action plan and still achieve many major life goals, big or small. That is because I am determined to do it day in day out.

But I decide that this year I will use a Vision Board because it’s a great way to do a Brain dump from everything I have in mind into paper, visualize them and hold myself more accountable, to work towards my ambitions.

That is also because I have more goals and ambitions this year than the past. Therefore it doesn’t hurt to start one.

If you are somewhat like me if you find it foggy to have everything in your mind, you lost track of the action plan, maybe the Vision Board is worth a try.

Three steps to create a vision board

Step 1: Be aware of the manifesting process

In order to manifest, there are three steps:

Ask: Decide what you want and make a plan to get it. The stronger your ability to “ask” for what you want in life is, the more clearly you can define what you desire.

Belief: Have faith in the system’s ability to provide the results you desire. In order to be “all in” on the future, you must overcome your doubts about your capacity to do so.

Allow the transformation to take place in your life. Begin to treat your objective as though it’s a given and it will happen.

Step 2: Visualize the question

The second step is to visualize the question.
You may use this as a starting point for your vision board. It’s time to create a vision board after you have a clear notion of what you want to materialize in your life. Your vision board might help you imagine how you’ll feel when you achieve your objectives. You may imagine what your life might be like. Make a mental picture of your new daily routine. Try to picture the individuals who are in the immediate vicinity of where you are now. Think about how you’ll feel when you see this. Think about the activities you’ll be engaging in.

Step 3: set your goals and be ready to receive

Break your aspirations into smaller, more manageable goals to begin preparing yourself for success. Waiting for things to happen to you isn’t part of the manifesting process. Instead, it’s about moving with purpose and intention through your day-to-day activities.

In order to achieve your objective, you must first set a goal and begin the journey toward it. You got me there, didn’t you?

The sooner you take action, the better.
You may use vision boards to assist you in manifesting your desires. Realizing that you have the power to create anything you desire makes it much easier (and more enjoyable) to continue manifesting new desires.

Persuade you to take a baby step toward realizing your goals.

Make a list of one goal you have for the coming year.

Find a single image that expresses this concept in the best possible way for you.

Put the picture in your bathroom mirror so you’ll see it every morning.

Knowing what you desire in life is the first step in manifesting it. As soon as you have this concept in mind, you can start visualizing your desired outcomes, creating an action plan, seeking out advisors, and directing your efforts in the appropriate way.
