Books books books!

Books books books!

Oct 06, 2021

Just a little light reading with the book selection from today’s learning circle on the history / herstory and future of Circles.

As we embrace our role as Circle Holders, we honour our own ancestral lineage and cultural heritage.

Each of us brought an item that represents our lineage and / or culture to add to our virtual altar. I brought an amethyst heart necklace that has been passed down my mother-line on our 18th birthdays and a little silver horse for the Celtic Goddesses.

We also explored the lineage of our Circle work by recognising and naming the influences, people and traditions that have contributed to our circles so far.

We choose to ground our work in the greater herstory and the evolution of a movement so that we consciously and intentionally take our place as Circle Holders to meet these times.

We are seeking to create Circles with a meaningful purpose; circles that serve us, our communities and the greater collective.

To look to the future we must remember our Herstory and think creatively and collaboratively. 🧡
