Continuing on from the last post in this series which focused on buying criteria and how to identify potential mobile homes to buy, I wrote a new article about how to filter the leads that you get and how to prioritize them.

I'll be honest, it's one thing to get a bunch of leads and feel good about them. Though, which leads should you pursue first and focus your efforts on? And why?

Which leads will get you the results you want in order to put together the right type of deals that work for you? And which types of leads will be a complete waste of time and not worth the time or effort?

Well, these are all good and valid questions. And I'll be honest, when I first started out I pursued all kinds of leads...pretty much anything and everything. Though, I was not focused. And this led to me spending and wasting a lot of time and a lot of money driving around and meeting with sellers which did not equate to anything at all.

So, in my write-up I share with you which types of leads I recommend you pursue and which types of leads I don't think are worth the effort especially if you're just starting out as a beginning mobile home investor.

Because, to tell you the truth - there's a lot of people who will waste your time. And, when you're pursuing and working on the leads that you get you need to be intentional and mindful on how exactly you use your time. Otherwise, you won't get very far or achieve success as a mobile home investor.

Aside from going over how to prioritize the leads you get when you're out driving for dollars and looking for sellers to work with including which leads to focus your time on, I also talk about how to pass your leads on to others if you decide they are not a fit for you.

I share with you some options you can take when passing your leads on and who exactly you can refer them to while at the same time getting paid for your time and effort for finding the leads. I go into detail on the exact process of how to wholesale your leads, if that's the option you'd like to take. And more!

Also, I go into the best types of referrals that you can work with when finding sellers to buy from when you're out driving for dollars as a mobile home investor. Plus, I share with you exactly how you can be successful over time by pursuing certain types of leads over and over and over again...which has been one of the reasons of my success as a mobile home investor.
