(New Post) Latest Five-Figure Deal: Behind the Scenes

So, I just closed on my latest five-figure deal. And guess what?

I share with you all of the details in my latest post. In this case study, I talk about the following:

  • How I put the deal together

I go through the entire process from beginning to end, step-by-step on exactly how I put the deal together with pictures and numbers to show for. I talk about how I negotiated the deal with the seller and how we agreed on a price that worked for us both.

Also, I go through the inspection process and how much fix-up work I needed to do for the home to get it ready on the market. I also talk about the closing paperwork and what was involved closing on the home with the seller.

From there, I go on to talk about fixing up the home once I closed on it. And, some of the steps I take when I get homes ready on the market before I start to do any fix-up work. I share with you the most important thing you should do before you start fixing up a mobile home after you close and I tell you why.

Honestly, you cannot skip this step. If you do, it's a recipe for disaster. Enough said...

Getting back to things, I talk about some of the items I needed to do to fix up the home and why. I also share with you some of the minimal things I do to get homes in presentable condition and tell you how and why which is what I did with this particular deal.

Plus, I share with you one of the most important things you can do in this business which will guarantee your success as a mobile home investor. If you skip this step all together, you'll fail to achieve your goals and you won't get very far. I tell you what you need to do and why you need to do it.

Once the home was ready, I share with you how I found the buyers for the home...in under two weeks. I tell you where I found these buyers and how smoothly the process went because of one factor. And this particular factor is one of the things I continue to do today to fill the homes I have on the market in a faster period of time which allows me to do more deals and free up my time.

Regarding the paperwork, I share with you how I sold the home including how I structured the deal and how much the buyers had to pay for the home. I also share with you why I continue to structure my deals this way versus other methods out there and how.

Lastly, I share with you why this deal was so painless including how I collected payment from the buyers and how much they paid me overall for the deal. I share with you the behind-the-scenes of this deal including exactly what I do and how I do it.
