When it comes to getting the latest news about our industry, it's not always there and presented for everyone to see. Unfortunately, a lot of news in the mobile home world gets suppressed and watered down on news sites including real estate investor sites and forums.
But, what's really going on in the manufactured housing world? What's happening behind the scenes?
In my latest post, I share the resources where I get my mobile home news. And I will tell you, these sites are not mainstream nor are they in the public's eye.
Now, these are places where I personally have discovered what's really going on behind the scenes in our industry including the politics of why things are happening in the mobile home investing space and who are the key players: both the good guys and the bad guys.
This is investigative journalism at its best in our industry. Unfortunately, we don't see all sides of the story when news is presented in mainstream media and/or real estate investor websites and forums. Too many times I see a rosy picture painted. Though, there are always motives and reasons why things are presented the way they are.
