For a long time, I've had an active interest in good food, healthy habits, environmental sustainability and animal welfare.
Since I made the switch to veganism in 2011, I've been supporting and guiding others in their transition towards eating more plants. I'm proud to promote eating habits that are consistent with a vision of a sustainable and equitable world.
I started Plantiful Coach almost a year ago as a space to write about what I've learnt (and am learning) about plant-based nutrition, vegan philosophy, kitchen tips and hacks, and recipes from my own kitchen. I hope you like my content!
I also offer one-on-one support for those who need it in their transition towards a plant-based diet, and for businesses that would like to improve the vegan options on their menus. Check out my Services.
