Our beautiful daughter Poppy Rose was born sleeping at 24 weeks. No parent should ever have to say goodbye to their baby. Through my website - www.mypoppyrose.co.uk - I share our journey of loss. I share what we have been through and the impact on our lives. I strive everyday to raise awareness and give support to baby loss families through my social media channels and alongside my website.
This year I have set up a project called Hearts from Poppy 💕 My project provides newly bereaved parents hearts donated by loss families in memory of their baby. Through Hearts from Poppy I also hope to connect families so they can provide support and connection to each other.
Every baby matters, every family matters. Baby Loss is a lifelong journey and the right support network is invaluable. I'm blessed to be surrounded by a beautiful community, a caring and supportive bereavement team and my own family. Not everyone has this so I will continuously work to be there and support anyone who feels alone.
