Today was an interesting day. Me and a friend of mine were supposed to head to Lake Erie around 8:00 in the morning. We did not leave the city until 2:00 p.m. On our way there we ended up making multiple stops, because, ya know, we had to.
When we finally made it to Erie beach it was about 5 o'clock after all the traffic and all our stops. Once we were there and we took a moment to look around. We noticed that it was quite cold, quite windy, and quite small. So we decided to turn around and head back home.
1.5hrs later we were are one beach; it was blocked off. Then we went to another beach; it was blocked off. Then we went to a third beach; it was packed. So we deciced to head to the harbourfront, find a spot & just picnic. Once we were done eating, we headed back to the 3rd beach to meet up with some friends.
8 o'clock came by and we finally sat down at a beach. We had some friends, some drinks, some conversation, and a nice warm fire for the cool summer night. It was a great night to end a long hot day. I'm glad we finally made it.
