Confusion

Is it familiar to you to have a kind of confusion in self?

Maybe you are asking questions about your personal, professional or study life not knowing what to do with any of these subjects, but... I want to feel normal with it and if can help, for you also to feel normal, feel ok, at peace and calm with your confusions.

Let's try to write down what do we feel. Even if there is just a little bug running around in your head (AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA) and your heart goes wild from the amount of fear in front of you.

But here we are, together, we can go through it. Remember, that solution is not coming from a lot of thinking, but from being at peace, which is more difficult if your head is busy.

Think of what you are without this problem, what makes you smile and want to jump, dance, being alive, feeling alive. As soon as your mind is at the right spot with this, you will see that there is a different approach to the challenge (at least, I believe so).

In case your trouble is connected with other people, their opinions and decisions, keep in mind that you are not responsible for what they decide to say or do. Keep being you and feeling how your body reacts on what they are like. That is why a lot of people are changing people around them naturally as soon as they change their mindset.

Attract by being you and do not chase anything/one.
