Hi there!
Due to these difficult times during Covid-19 and because not everyone has regular access to classes in their local area, I am opting to start an online programme of classes. I will be sharing guided meditations and Mindfulness practices on compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, veganism and various other topics as well as Hatha Yoga classes and Guided Yoga Nidra sessions.I have been teaching Hatha Yoga, Mindfulness & Yoga Nidra for over 10 years and have also been hosting retreats in Sardinia, Italy for the past 8 years. I am also a Reiki Master Teacher.
As my screen name probably indicates, I have a strong affinity to the yogic practice of Ahimsa, non-harming, and I also follow a vegan lifestyle and also mentor new vegans at Challenge 22. I have optimism that we can all become more compassionate and kind, not just towards others, but also towards ourselves. My teachings are based on these principles of compassion, kindness and learning to become the best version of ourselves.
I am sharing Hatha Yoga, Guided Meditation & Yoga Nidra Guided Relaxation via Zoom classes, either in groups or in private classes. You can purchase single classes or become a supporting member. You can join the classes live or you can opt to receive a recorded copy so you can view it in your own time.
