Auckland Night-time Panorama
This image was taken at Bayswater on a particularly cold, still, Winter night. Again, an excellent winter coat and hat were vital adjuncts to this image. The cold, chilly air produced excellent lighting conditions to capture this image from across the harbour.
It is actually 9 different photos stitched together, with the Auckland War Memorial Museum on the far left. I also used a reverse ND grad to avoid the the bright city lights blowing out the exposure. Because it is actually 9, full-frame photos stitched together, the resulting image is very large. On the other hand, it will also produce a superb, very large print for any aficionados or fans of Auckland 🙂
