There will probably be no new Cantos page in February
But don’t panic! This is not some hyatus!
To sum up simply, I was given advice that I thought wise, namely to make a novel of my cantos, and then adapt them in graphic novel.
What it may changes for you:
Concretely, it doesn’t change much, except that the story will be revealed to you faster (because honestly, writing a chapter will be faster than drawing it). I’m not going to wait until the novel is finished to start the graphic novel adaptation, so those who don’t want to read a novel can still read the comic.
This also means that the rewards here in Buy Me a Coffee will be more important, because not only will you get priority access to written history, but it is also possible that I will not allow free access to the totality of each novel, except for those who support me on Buy Me a Coffee.
But then, why won’t there be a comic page this month?
For two reasons:
Unfortunately, I have a busy month with several medical appointments (not just for myself, don't worry) which causes me many trips and the resulting fatigue.
I want to quickly finish writing one or two chapters to submit them to a few readers, see if it’s worth the effort to carry out this project thoroughly or if (as it is possible), I have a great universe, but I am unable to write ^^
This may also impact my willingness to participate in monthly challenges
It seems logical in regard of what I previously said that I won't be able to actively maintain a drawing every two days this month, and that could continue longer.
BUT
Nevertheless, I intend to create the themes proposed on Facebook for the Fairyary challenge. I probably just won’t draw them in the specific context of this challenge, and the resulting illustrations will certainly be done during next months.
I will wait until I think everything I have to do reaches its cruising pace before considering whether or not the realization of challenges will be possible under these circumstances.
