My story is probably a little bit like yours. I've struggled with mental health my whole life, and have been trying for many years to figure myself out. Every day I try to bring a little more compassion and understanding into my thoughts and actions. I strive towards a conscious heart and mind and I believe this is the best way to approach mental health.
