Hey! Your generosity is allowing me to research, develop, and test recipes! These funds will go towards research in the forms of books, library fees, software, magazine/newspaper subscriptions, travel, archival and oral research.

Additionally, your support is helping me buy ingredients to test and develop recipes. Often times when you find an older recipe it is written with little detail and you have to turn it into a recipe that readers can actually prepare and enjoy in their kitchens.

I apply my researcher mindset to recipe testing and developing. This means that I will not publish a recipe unless it has been tested at least 3 times. My biggest concern is for you all to be able to prepare and enjoy these dishes.
