As some of you know me and Anna, just attended MSOPI, an awesome property investment 3-day training course.
It was amazing, but it was also a kick in the butt.
Investing in property is not just possible, is also kinda easy.
Anna already went to see 2 properties, one possible residential and 1 BTL.
The residential, I think is way overpriced for what it is. It's a no-go.
The BTL is also overpriced and I cannot add much value to it. It's a no-go.
How many viewings until you find 1 deal?
R2R is also possible.
I found this house for rent, well priced and from a private landlady, so I called her and offered her guaranteed rent for 3-5 years if she'd let me sub-let the property or use it as SA.
She was intrigued and immediately told me that she has 2 other properties that we could potentially discuss in the future.
The property that I contacted her about has an application under review, but she said she'd let me know if it becomes available again.
It's a maybe.

From now on, I'll tell everyone that I am a professional property investor.
After all, I am, because I think about it day and night.
Also, I already have a portfolio of BTLs generating a healthy stream of income.

Anyway, if we work a bit every day towards our goal, we are definitely on the right path.
