Prelude on Hyfrydol, Op. 214 | Vidas Pinkevicius | Hauptwerk Velesovo

This is a joyful prelude on hymn tune Hyfrydol. The piece is written in the key of F major and 3/4 meter. The tune is presented in chordal texture in the right hand part. Energetic refrain helps to connect phrases of the hymn. This composition will be very effective in liturgical organ playing and recital programs. Dedicated to Jonathan Buchan.
