Tomorrow we will be running the #NSVAs live, online from our home office. It's a weird experience as we were supposed to be bringing people together at a fancy event, but instead I'll be getting dressed up to talk to a webcam!
Cancelling the in-person event was essential. We are still in Lockdown due to Covid-19, but even if we'd been out of Lockdown, we decided that it would be irresponsible to bring people together due to social distancing.
We're a small business that only started in 2019. We're a team of two. We never set-out to make money from the #NSVAs, the budget was designed to break even, but due to having no income from the event, it has lost us money.
