The New York-New York Hotel Casino will soon be home to some of the most ambitious Irish pubs in the United States, with the opening of Nine Fine Irishman in July 2003. Imported directly from Ireland, this authentic Irish pub will feature top Irish drinks, food, music, and entertainment.
Inspired by nine extraordinary Irish people from the 1800s who led the lives of great adventure and achievement, Nine Pine Islanders celebrate their passion for Ireland, joy in life, and sense of adventure. Along with the location overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, the interior of the 9,000-square-foot pub will be just as authentic as the food by minutely replicating the pub's style found throughout the Victorian bar, cottage area, and shop-style snug. Nine Great Irishmen will also showcase true Irish food and ingredients variety. The menu is a collaboration of nine top Irish chefs from restaurants across Ireland. Each chef will serve their signature dishes using only natural Irish food and fresh ingredients. Special varieties of Irish liquor, lager, and creamy ale, such as Guinness, Bimish, and Murphy's Red, will be available, and premium Irish liquor will also be offered.
Music and entertainment are essential parts of the Nine Pine Islanders' experience. Unique Irish songs, dances, and storytelling will combine with a lively hum of conversation to create an ideal Irish bar atmosphere.
Nine Fine Irishman is open seven days a week for lunch, dinner, and drinks. Lunch is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., bar is open 24 hours a day from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays and Saturdays, and dinner is open from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Private dining rooms for parties and business functions are open seven days a week for lunch or dinner.
