Morgan managed to get outside on my brother and has been out there for 2 weeks now. She disappeared for the first week but showed up for food today. I had seen her outside with the red tabby male chasing her again. By the time I catch her again I expect her to be pregnant.
Shadow has been coming into the Playroom for the last three nights to sleep and then goes out in the morning. He has not done any business in the house and not in the litter box either. If he has to go he starts meowing and pulling on the door to the house to have me let him outside. He did spray once when he came in and I was not a happy camper and cleaned it with vinegar right away. He watched me and has not done it again. He does have a wound on his neck and it is a large bare patch of skin around it. I cleaned it with wound spray and have been putting antibiotic ointment on it at least once a day.
It is the Doctor that is the current worry. She is not eating well. Is lethargic. Now has hard spots on her sides. I did notice that her litter box is only urine so I believe she has gotten herself constipated. No telling for how long it has been going on but she is not happy and there are swollen hard spots on her sides and abdomen. If it is bad enough to cause that she may need a treatment while sedated which is going to be around $600. So I get to pick heating oil or cat. I will figure it out and I am praying she can hang on as I need a little time.
Keep me and the furry ones in your prayers, please. I still believe that 2022 is going to be better than the last 2 years. After all, we are over the initial shock of 2022 and the many health issues from 2021 are now diagnosed and it is a matter of maintenance and keeping up with my own healthcare providers. We can face whatever this year throws at us as we have made it through so much before now. Love to all. Nancy
