You join over 13,000 listeners a month online and another 1.3 million minutes of audio listened to date on our Mixcloud page, in being apart of our journey since we launched in July 2020. We specialise in 90s, 00s, New, Unsigned & Independent music and we love nothing more than showcasing and supporting fresh new talent. But we need your support, to help support you.
We're a small popular local Station made for Manchester, but available across the UK and globally. But behind the scenes we are a small team of volunteers and hobbyists who have day jobs, but just love radio and music. All our DJ's & presenters put together their own shows live or pre-recorded from their own studios. Myself Martin Lamb as the Station Manager, puts it all together behind the scenes in Manchester and adds all the new music from talented artists and bands every week. All our initial set up, streaming and licensing costs came from my own pocket for the first 2 years. However long term that is no longer sustainable with the station becoming more popular every week.
So to keep Hive Radio UK viable for the present and near future we now need your help and support to keep us On-Air. So if you can spare the cost of a coffee, even 2, 3 or more. Any amount given would be greatly appreciated in helping us pay towards our music licensing and streaming costs in 2023 and beyond.
As a BIG thank you to any artist or band we add to our very own in-house Independent Music Show for rotation. Buy us 2 coffees or more and we will add your track to our main playlist on Breakfast and our Jukebox shows. That means at least 2 extra plays per day for 4 weeks, at our most popular times. Giving your track even more exposure and airplay.
