I've just posted on my Commodore site an archive containing over 160 games that I have found to run properly on my NTSC Commodore 64 and C64Mini. You can download the archive from my website, HERE.
Although there are many PAL-centric games that have been “fixed” to run on NTSC C64s, many of them either run fast or produce distracting display artifacts. The games in this archive run properly on NTSC systems.
