Keto KEY: The peanut butter used needs to be made if 100% peanuts with NO added sugar or added oil.
Here’s what you need:
Keto Milk Alternative of Choice (I use unsweetened cashew milk)
Keto sweetener of choice (I use stevia)
Cinnamon
Vanilla Extract
Nut Butter
Unsweetened cocoa powder
Heavy Cream or You can add protein shake or protein powder for added benefits!
Ice cubes
Load up the blender and mix!!!
