On a daily basis it can look like... checking your accounts, tracking your spending, measuring and monitoring your income/expensesβ€” anything that keeps you in touch with your financial situation.

And meditate on this fact for a moment: MONEY is most people’s #1 source of stress!! So, practicing financial self care totally counts as emotional/mental self-care. πŸ•‰
