Well, I spent over 1 week trying to get the whole idea of "One Map for each Level."
...while it was a great idea at the time.... didn't come out exactly as I wanted and with more and more assets.... its becoming laggy and load times are there.
We pulled the art assets from [4e] Halls of Undermountain book, and placed them to make the map look a lot better than I could with the assets I had. So it's back to the drawing board on how I want to chunk up Undermountain the way we want it. I'm sorry for wasting the time to trying this out, but it helped me learn the limits of what Foundry will let us do. Foundry still lets us do SO MUCH MORE than Roll20. That's for damn sure.
Season 4 will be having a lot of changes.
5e (DotMM) + 4e (HoU) = The main first chunk (some of the 4e at least)
Then the "Expanded Dungeon" will be chunked up better.
I'm creating a council of vets to help me with Undermountain.
