Master Shopping List

  • Chicken bone broth

  • 2 lb chicken thighs

  • carrots

  • celery

  • 2 onions

  • Eggs

  • Salad

  • Turkey meatballs frozen

  • Pasta sauce

  • Berries

  • Apples

  • Bananas

  • Dave's Killer Bread

  • Almond milk

  • Boars Head turkey and muenster cheese

BJs Wholesale - the Hubs goes for me

  • Egg whites

  • Organic chicken

  • Seltzer/Pellegrino

  • Yellow box Cheerios

  • Starbucks coffee

  • Halloween Candy

Dinners for the week:

Instant pot spaghetti - via Skinnytaste (very easy I make this all the time)

Chicken pot pie casserole - I'll have the Hubs do the chopping of the ingredients. The cooking part is very quick.

I also have a box of Zatarains black beans and rice - and a package of turkey sausage if I need a third meal.

****We eat salad or frozen veggies with most meals.

****Sometimes the Hubs will make his own garlic bread

Lunches:

Leftovers, sandwiches, salads, or whatever you find around the kitchen.

Snacks:

Right now my supply of goldfish, pretzels, and tortilla chips is pretty good. I even have a package of Nutter Butters so...
