So PR week didnt go as planned. Was busy enjoying the nice weather and only went 2x in the gym last week. 😅

Did doubles for squats and bench today.

SQUATS - 270 3x2

PAUSED BENCH - 135 3x2

Bulgarian Split Squats - 3x10

Single Leg press - 3x10

Glute extension - 3x12

RDL - 3x10

Leg extension- 3x10

Leg curl - 3x10
