Which Colleges Require an ACT/SAT? Consult Fairtest.org

Oct 26, 2020

The National Center for Fair & Open Testing, or FairTest, the non-profit organization taking a stand against "high stakes testing" maintains a list of the testing policies for most US institutions. You can access this list here, and it does reflect the COVID-dictated status of testing: "Two-thirds of all U.S. colleges and universities are test-optional or test-blind for fall 2021 applicants"

There are currently 66 colleges adopting a "test-blind" or "test-free" policy for this year (and some as a multi-year pilot program; as noted in another post, Hampshire College's test-blind policy is permament) {1}

{1} The College Board has discontinued ALL Subject Tests
